“Barcelona s’endolla!” is a community project by Restarters BCN. Its objective is to activate repair communities in the districts of Sant Andreu and Sant Martí that could organize autonomously Restart Parties: free public events where voluntary repairers help the participants to learn how to fix their electrical and electronic appliances in a relaxed atmosphere.
This project aims to replicate in the future in other districts of the city of Barcelona, in order to create a municipal network of neighbourhood repair communities. We want to promote a culture of repair that encourages responsible consumption, the circular economy and environmental sustainability from the co-responsibility of citizens.
